By accessing Blood Moon Horror, any Blood Moon Games web property, Discord server, or playtest program, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional community guidelines. If you are under the age of majority in your region, you must have a parent or guardian consent to these terms on your behalf.
Use of services
Player conduct
- Respect other players and avoid harassment, hate speech, or griefing.
- Do not exploit bugs, distribute cheats, or attempt to reverse engineer Blood Moon Horror.
- Report security issues privately to security@bloodmoongames.com.
Content submissions
- Bug reports, fan art, and suggestions may be used to improve the game with appropriate credit.
- Do not submit copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to share.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these policies.
What you are allowed to do
Blood Moon Horror, its assets, and related materials are owned by Blood Moon Games. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to install and play the game for personal entertainment. You may create streams, short form content, or fan projects provided they do not compete with or replace the game and clearly credit Blood Moon Games.
Steampowered purchases
All purchases of Blood Moon Horror are handled through Steam or other authorized storefronts. Refund requests must follow the policies of the storefront where you purchased the game. Blood Moon Games does not process direct payments through this website.
Early Access notice
Blood Moon Horror is in Early Access and provided “as-is.” Features may change, saves may reset, and the game may experience downtime. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of damages
Blood Moon Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Blood Moon Horror or related services. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the game in the preceding twelve months.
